Settings Export Delimiter not work

Hi,
Ref. => SugarCRM CE 5.2.0c / PHP 5.2.9 / Linux Red Hat EL 5.3 / Apache 2.2 / MySQL 5.0

I changed Export Delimiter from "," to ";", I try to export accounts but in file the delimiter is ","

I changed in config.php 'export_delimiter' => ';',
try again but in file the delimiter again is ","

I mistake something or is a bugs?

Ok, I found another "delimiter settings" in "My Account" and that solve my question but
how to settings delimiter for default settings?
