settings in the Scheduling Reports

I am concern, I add a sceduling report, bu don't know how to input the value for settings? If I don't set value, it doesn't work?Is there anyone help me?

I don't what should I set values for setting fields? and what's the function for the field?

Also after I add a report to dashlet, it doesn't work. could you tell me what should I check?
