I am trying to set up my email. I had intended to have outgoing mail to go through my hosted server account using SMTP (not sure what "Send Mail" is). But I keep running into the same error. I have looked over all the forums, wiki's, google searches, etc.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Pertinent info follows:
Sugar Version 5.0.0b (Build 3150)
Sugar Edition Sugar Community Edition
Category Email setting configure
If it matters, this is a hosted account on HostMonster.
Operating System Linux
PHP Version 5.2.5
Database SQL
Web Server Apache version 2.2.8 (Unix)
Steps to reproduce
1. Admin; Email settings; configure
2. Put in "from name, from address", select SMTP, input SMTP server (mail.shrydvd.com); check use authentication, put in name/password and click save.
The page changes to the following error page:
Warning: Crypt_Blowfish::require_once(Blowfish/DefaultKey.php) [function.Crypt-Blowfish-require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/shrydvdc/public_html/SugarCE-Full-5.0.0b/include/Pear/Crypt_Blowfish/Blowfish.php on line 276
Fatal error: Crypt_Blowfish::require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'Blowfish/DefaultKey.php' (include_path='/home/shrydvdc/public_html/SugarCE-Full-5.0.0b/include/..:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/shrydvdc/public_html/SugarCE-Full-5.0.0b/include/Pear/Crypt_Blowfish/Blowfish.php on line 276
This also happens when I try and set up incoming email
For a "newbie" guess, I am wondering if it has anything to do with my Sugar set up being on the same server as the SMTP and trying to do authentication?
Thank you for any help you can give me.
David
