Setup of gmail account for use with email campaigns

I have been trying to setup my gmail account for use with the email campaigns. I have read the other posts and received the cvorrect information regarding settings and everything looks great. The issue I have is when I try to save the email settings. It takes almost 15 minutes while I am waiting for index.php to save the changes, and then I get the following error,

Query Failed:SELECT u.id FROM users u WHERE u.deleted=0 AND u.is_group=1 AND u.user_name = xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com'::MySQL error 2006 (the x's are my email address for my gmail account)

It looks like it is looking for a group; am I missing something?

I have exactly the same problem with 1and1 email, gmail for domains, on Bluehost hosting...

Hi,

I am also having this problem, with my corporate e-mail address, running a Sugar Professional installation, also on Bluehost.

Does anybody have an idea why this might be happening?
