    Default Shared Calendar Issue: Works in Demo, not in install

    We installed the Open Source version today. Tried out the shared calendaring, and it is not working correctly. Whenever you try and view someone else's task or meeting in the calendar by clicking on it, it throws an error:
    Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.

    I tested this on the demo that is available on the site, and the issue does not happen there. Any ideas as to why it happens on the install here?

    We really need to be able to view shared calendars, etc.

    Have you set the ACLs to limit read access to calls and meetings (and tasks) to the owner only? try resetting to full access for everyone, see if that works, then tighten up gradually to see where it's failing.
