We have been using SugarCRM Open source on a shared server.

Whenever we are trying to access the shared calender as an admin, we have hit the cpu / processing limit of the shared server.
Customer support team of the Hosting provider suggests the script needs optimization.

Our System administrators checked the script extensively. Unfortunately it seems that it is looping and hitting another server limit that prevents it from running more than a specified time. They checked raising the limit of the memory, but this did not solve the problem. Unfortunately this particular part of the script does not seem to be compatible with the shared hosting environment that we are providing.

We would really appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

In order to solve the problem with the application, you can contact its developers and request that they improve this particular section of the script.
