Shared Email Boxes

Hi Everyone

We are using the Latest Sugar Community Edition on CentOS 5

My question is how do you share mailboxes with other users i set one group mailbox up called Orders but no one else can see it and i need to know how to do it

Is the group mailbox available for selection within another user's Email Settings window?

Yes they are all there

The issue now is emails are routing to my inbox not the shared ones

Hi everyone

I have solved this by creating subfolders and having it create in there

I.E:

Main mailbox
--> Inbox

Then assign Assign To Group Folder: Inbox
