Sharing contacts and accounts

Can some one tell me how I can share contacts and accounts between Sugar CRM users?

Depends on what version you're using..
If you're using pro, you can create a team, assign your users to a team and then have the team id the shared team.
you'll need to make sure that the ACL is setup properly.

If you're on open source, check sugarforge as I believe there is an open source team module.
