Shere desperation - Does this actually Work

Hello

Sorry for the double post, I am trying to dem this to a client on Friday and I can't get it to work!!

I have Sugarcrm 4.5.1a built on the rpath distro and upgraded to the X



Most stuff works fine although for some strange reason the Incoming Email stopped working a couple of days ago for no apparant reason?

But that is not my moan.



The Outlook plug In - Doesn't work at all. I cannot get a record in either direction, cannot get the contacts, tasks or calendar to synch and although I can open the vards to get information into Outlook - once there it does not update with sugar in either direction even when marked for sync.

I have all the account and url details correct, I ran the basic install. My Word plug-in is happy as larry

What is wrong please!!!

have you tried the pre-built rpath sugarcrm software appliance vmware virtual machine or Xen DOMU on either vmware xen

they all work for me !
