Shine Live Help Question

Ive recently changed from Craftysyntax to Shine, mainly because it looks considerably more professional.

The only thing i dont like is when in Admin, clicking on Live Help opens a new window where in Crafty it was the same window. Can anyone tell me how to change that to the same window please?

Currently it will only open to a new window. This is so you can access other data in Shine (e.g. transcripts) or in Sugar (customer records) without having to "close" the chat window.
