Shipping Module - Something's not linking

I've used Studio to build a new module based on "basic". I created fields for serial numbers, tracking codes, Account and Contact, and a shipper drop-down menu. Relationship is Shipping "many to many" to Accounts.

Upon testing, I created a new shipping entry and selected an Account. However, when I checked into the Account, it doesn't show anything in the shipping module. Additionally when I use the list view in Shipping, the Account is shown but not linkable.

What am I missing?

Alternatively, am I wise to go by the custom module route and not just add serial numbers and tracking fields to Accounts?

I'm using SugarCRM 5.2 CE on FastStacker.
