shortcut in ListView

hi,
Im creating a new module using version 4.2.1c.
then I have so many problems.
I m trying to add a new module called 'Concert'.

I think I did almost, then I wanted to create Concert, however I dont see "create Concert" in the list view.

can somebody tell me how to create a ''create concert" link from the shortcuts menu please??

YOu need to add it to menu.php within your module.
