One of my clients needed to update his signature. I guided him to the correct spot. He tried to Edit it then ended up creating a new one. They were both named the same thing (his Full Name).

He then contracted me and said that he then couldnt see any signature. I checked it out and he was correct. I thought it may be because they were both named the same thing. SO i created a third one with a different name.

After selecting the new sig and clicking save, I am still unable to see his signature.

Any ideas???
