Default Signatures Disabled in 30 Day Trial Memberships?

I am setting up a new system and loaded signatures for all our employees being careful to save them all. When I log back in, the signatures are gone. Lots of extra work here if the system won't retain information. What things are disabled in 30 day trial mode?

It requires multiple saves to get the signatures to stick. Saving the signature only is not adequate to save the signature. You must also save the user record after the signature is saved to retain the signature. Extra step unfortunately and you have to scroll back to the top of the screen to do the extra save...... not time efficient, but you can get it to save. Seems like if you indicate you want it saved, it should keep that part of the customer record, but it doesn't. This is part one of the answer.

    Hi,

There is currently a bug in the signature area. If you create signatures say as Admin for other users, the signatures do not display when the user logs on, as the signature is linked to the UserID Admin. Has been repoted to Sugar as a bug.

This means currently to enter the signature for each user, you have to log on with their name.

    Hope this helps
    Cheers Malcolm
