Do most of the Outlook integration tools allow one to use SCRM CE where Outlook is the preferred email application, Sugar CRM is the app where all files are stored that relate to a given client and one can attach a file (excel etc.) that is stored exclusively in the Sugar CRM database (not in my documents, desktop etc) to an outlook email? I am sure this is very basic functionality, but want to make sure that users can easily create outlook email, click attachments and easily find the file by name that is used by the CRM system. Apologies for the simplistic question, but did not want to assume.
