Simple Question

I'm evaluating SugarCRM for our company and I cannot figure out if new subscribers to a newsletter campaign receive the first newsletter in the campaign or if they will only receive the following newsletters? We need new subscribers to start with the very first newsletter in whatever campaign they've subscribed to, even if those newsletters have already gone out.

I appreciate the help!

This is definately not the default behavior.
