Skip email checking in SugarCRM5.2

Hi All,

Please tell me how can i skip checking of email in sugarcrm 5.2 version.

actually is not allow to saving me the data. when i entered the email address in the email this is go in the infinite loop and displaying the message -> "Checking for existing email entry..."

please help me out

Instead of turning it off I would enable PHP logging in your php.ini and see if you can find out why it is erroring out (the only reason it would freeze like that would be a PHP error or a SQL error in the background).

Just edit your php.ini file and look for these

log_errors
error_log

Set these two accordingly and it will create a file with PHP errors listed in it. You should be able to figure out why it is not working.
