Hi,
We are trying to use the smtp email send feature in sugarCRM but cannot get it to work. The environment is IIS on windows with mySQL.
Everything looks ok but emails never arrive at their destination and show as "sent" in the "My Sent Emails" area in sugar.
Have tried using accounts with and without smtp authentication.
I am wondering if there are other pre-requistites required before outbound emails will work.
Any ideas greatly appreciated !
