SMTP Error: The following recipients failed

Hi,
I cannot send e-mail with sugar and I can't find the problem.

Every e-mail I've tried to send have been puttinges on outgoing-box with error status. In "sugarcrm.log" file, created by diagnostic page, it says "[1399] FATAL SugarCRM - Error emailing:SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: ####@####.##".

This is a Linux server with Debian 3.1; postfix can send and receive e-mail normally.

The particularity is Vhcs (Virtual Host Control System) installed on, so it can manage virtual server.

I solved my problem: the issue was a bad configuration in user's config page!
