soap to input leads from website to sugar

With some help from a very kind board member I got the soap feature working to directly input leads generated from our website to go directly into Sugar. It was working great and dandy for a few weeks and then nothing. They don't automatically get input in there any longer and there are no errors about it not connecting on the website.

This is very strange because absolutely nothing was changed on the web host nor on our sugarCRM. Any suggestions?

Its nearly impossible to know what the problem might be without further details. It could be something as simple as an incorrect password or something much more complex.

In general, I would confirm that the user name/passwords are correct. Secondly, verify that the SOAP API is accessible to the system that is making the calls and in turn programmatically inserting the data.

Assuming the basics work, the rest will require some debugging of the code, which would be rather cumbersome to do via a forum like this. You would be better served by having someone work with you hand in hand to resolve the matter.
