Soft Delete not Working

Hello everyone!!!!

We can't figure out why, but soft deleting stopped working on our sugar implementation (version 4.5.0h bid 1239). This is very serious because all records are being permanently deleted from the database with no trail. ¿Anyone has suffered this problem before? Since there is no available option to deactivate soft delete in the database, we have no clue on how to solve this problem so any help would be greatly appreciated.

it might help to get more details on what you're doing that is causing "hard deletes" (i.e. module occurring on, any code customizations done, any third party modules/code installed, etc.).
