Solved! "Subpanels error:Warning: asubpanel(modules//metadata/subpanels/.php)"

Ok it is solved.
In my case only a setting was required in config file (config.php).
I dont' know the exact problem or i may be wrong but actually the problem was that i had made a setting in config.php to hide subpanels on login.
Now when first time the detail view for any module was opened the subpanels were not in expanded form so when i cicked create i could create and sve a record only the viewing or navigation was not proper i.e gave errors.but if i refresh the page of detail view it not only shows newly created record but then onwards it will give no errors.
actually since subpanels were not in expanded form first time some needed information was not passed to create form and that was the reason i think it gave error.
