some modules information

Hello all,

I just wanted to ask about certain modules which seems to have a good functionality but i'm unaware of it.
All the mentioned modules are in ../modules/ of sugarcrm root diirectory

1) MySettings

2) OptimisticLoc

3) what is beandictionary used for?

Manage layout customized per user, like displayed Group Tabs, Module Tabs.

OptimisticLoc
Unable to save a record been edited by someone else to avoid conflicts on database.

BeanDictionary.php
I didn´t find any clue about that.
