Spanish language

Hi people, I've installed SugarCRM 5.0.0e and I've loaded the package SugarEnt-5.0.0d-lang-es_es-20080428.zip.
I have some problems with the special characters and accents:
For example:
For "Análisis de Percepción", I see "Análisis de Percepción"
For "Linea Informática", I see "Linea Inform�tica"

Is there any solution for that?

Does this happen for all users? At all workstations?

I have this problem in dropdowns.

i.e. In dropdown studio I create:

Dropdown name: dib_area_list
With:
- Ilustração
- Modelação
- Comunicação
(...)

But in pt_pt.lang.php this dropdown save with:

 $GLOBALS['app_list_strings']['dib_area_list']=array (
  'Ilustration' => 'Ilustração',
  'Modelling 2D' => 'Modelação 2D',
  'Modelling 3D' => 'Modelação 3D',
  'Motion-Design' => 'Motion-Design',
  'Comunication' => 'Comunicação',
  'Drawing' => 'Desenho',
  'Painting' => 'Pintura',

All of us see the problem.
For example:
- DropDownList
- List Views
- Textbox

But there are some places where we can see very well the special characters: for example: Lead Source of Opportunities.

Hmm, I think the problem happens after editing the dropdownlist. Because, I've just added an item in Lead Source (with accent), and all of the items with special character were modified; for example, the item Cold Call (Llamada en Frío) was changed by Cold Call (Llamada en FrÃ.Â.o).

It kind of looks like there might be some conflict with the charset that was used when the language was originally used and the one that you have in place on your production system or something along those lines.

Is your server Windows based as well?

change the encoding of the file to utf-8 & try.

Talking about Spanish language, I've downloaded the Spanish module and it has been installed correctly, but as Admin user, the system still with English language after I changed it at "Locale Settings".

What could it be? What should I do?
