    Default Specific user can not view Lead Assignment Groups

    Hi,

    Thanks for any help in advance.

    We have 3 users in our "Sales Manager" role. They can create, view, and edit the Lead Assignment groups.

    All of a sudden, one of the users can view the group, but not the table beneath it where we create/delete the members of a lead assignment group. He can only see/edit the details of the group itself (priority, amount, etc).

    The other 2 sales managers can still see the group memebers fine.

    I have tried Quick Repair/Rebuild, rebuild extensions, rebuild relationships.

    I have not tried rebuild roles as I have never tried it and not sure what it does... would this help?

    Has anyone seen this before?

    Yes, rebuild roles. This usually helps. Never had any problems with it. Nonetheless - a backup is always recommended before executing any admin tasks

    try to check the role and customize the create lead option

    Rebuilt roles, didn't change it.

    None of the role permissions have changed, and 2 of the 3 users can still edit the group memebers fine...

    Version 5.2.0a (Build 5447) on a linux box

    I am out of ideas, unless some table corrupted somewhere or something. But I think that would cause the other two sales managers not to be able to see this as well.

    A Lead Assignment Group is an opportunity?
    Did you check whether this particular user does have any other roles? Also check his detailed permissions and compare them with the others who are functional. Create anoth'er testuser with the exact same permissions and see what happens.
    I know it's trial and error but hey, this is IT after all.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

    Lead assignment groups are checked before new leads are assigned to our reps.

    This user has no other roles associated with him. I have taken this role away, and re added it to his account. Have tried switching him to a different role and back. Still nothing.

    Checked detailed permissons, identical to the other two who can view the members.

    Not sure what else to try!!
