SQL Error : Invalid Object Name 'tracker sessions'

I keep getting this error when i run my windows scheduled task to get inbound emails to create a case.

here is the task i am running:

cd "C:\Program Files\sugarcrm-5.1.0b\htdocs\sugarcrm\"
"C:\Program Files\sugarcrm-5.1.0b\php\php-cgi.exe" -c c:\windows\php.ini -f cron.php

i have alos run it like this with the same result:

cd "C:\Program Files\sugarcrm-5.1.0b\htdocs\sugarcrm\"
"C:\Program Files\sugarcrm-5.1.0b\php\php-cgi.exe" -f cron.php

I am running 5.2.0a

any help would be great.

I just saw that there was a tracker sessions scheduler, i made it inactive and i do not get the error on my task/batch file. but i am not getting any inbound emails.
