SQL Error : The multi-part identifier "accounts.name" could not be bound.

I have built a module, that is for serial number management that is linked to both accounts and contracts.
I have a advance search that works, when i am searching for serial numbers based on the compnay name.
however when i call that advance seach from the serial number dashlet, under the contracts, and add in the company name in the account field i get the following error.
SQL Error : The multi-part identifier "accounts.name" could not be bound.

If i do not define a company name it works fine.

Really need this to work.

Sugar version ; 5.2.0.a professional
Web server: both IIS and Apache.
PHP : 5.2.5
MSSQL 2005

I got the same error,

When I search by 'Ceated By' I got nothing in the list, When I search by "Assigned to" I got the same error "The multi-part identifier "u.assigned_user_name" could not be bound."
