SQL Server Database Not Available

Hello,

I am trying to install sugarcms 4.5 and get this error:
SQL Server Database Not Available

I am running several applications and websites on my machine and everything works well.

mySql version: 4.1.21
php version: 5.1.6
apache version: 4.1.21

Can someone help?

Istalled the previous version and upgraded it.
