We are a SugarCRM PRO v5.2 user.

We're using the SugarCRM PRO Quotes and Products module, but am open to other modules, ideas, etc.

Okay, the Quotes and Products module works great for normal quotes. Also, I've seen and am looking more into the Contracts module. However, we seem to have a gap in what we need vs. what Sugar has.

For our larger projects, we often issue a SOW. This is kind of a hybrid between a quote and a contract.

It typically includes things like:

* listing of deliverables
* deadlines
* resources needed
* etc

Are you familiar with a module, process, whatever, for SugarCRM that can directly handle this type of document? Again, Quotes gets you partially there, but it doesn't really have a good way to do deliverables, etc., just costs/pricing. Contracts goes the other route, and doesn't give you any detail.

I'm confortable creating modules via the Studio, but I don't see that this is directly doable via Studio without doing hand-coding of PHP. Unless, of course, this is already solved.

Thoughts? Ideas!?
