Step 7 failed

OS: Fedora Core 5
Sugar Suite: 4.5
WebServer: Apache 2.2.2
PHP: downgraded from 5.1.4 to 5.1.2
Mysql: 5.0.22

Step 7 creates database and user credentials BUT..no table, no data inside DB.

The only thing I got is:

Any ideas?
