    if i click on next i will see the screen refresh but i do not get the dialog to select the upgrade file.
    I see all the info above and to the left but nothing in the middle.
    it just hangs. no fruther entries in the log file.

    settings in my php.ini file

    Code:
    ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
    ; Resource Limits ;
    ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

    max_execution_time = 360 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
    max_input_time = 360	; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
    memory_limit = 700M      ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (8MB)
    i don't know why it's 700 mb but i'm leaving it for now so i know there's no problem.

    I'm having the same issue when trying to install patch 4.5.0h on a system that is running Linux Fedora Core 5.

    I've had no issues installing the patches up to and including 4.5.0g, but after system checks pass and I click Next, the only thing that is returned is a blank page.

    This is the only log entries I can find with regards to this:

    [Thu Jan 04 13:30:16 2007] [error] [client 192.168.1.22] PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/www/html/SugarCRM/modules/Users/authentication/SugarAuthenticate/SugarAuthenticate.php on line 253, referer: http://sugarcrm.trydor.com/SugarCRM/...d&action=index

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Doug.

    Hi,

    I am also getting the same error. At step 2, it does not give me an option to upload the upgrade file. I was able to upload the file once, but I changed my mind and I deleted the file, thought will do the upgrade later, but now it doesn't allow me to upload the file again.

    Was wondering if you guys were able to find any solution to this problem?

    Search through your cache directory and all it's subdirectories and make sure you deleted all zip files related to the upgrade you are tring to do. I believe that sugar actually keeps 2 copies of the zip file and if you delete one it will not act right.

    I searched through my cahce directory and its subdirectories, did not find any zip file related to the upgrade am doing, however there was one file called "SugarPro-Upgrade-4.5.0-to-4.5.1-manifest.php" in '/cache/upload/upgrades/patch' directory, not sure if that is causing any problems.
