Still sending blank plain text emails

I'm running 4.5.0 with the latest patch (E). I sent a new test email as plain text, which worked great. I then replied to an email using plain text, but the damn thing was blank on the other end, prefaced with this:

Begin forwarded message:

> From: Blah blah


Why? Whhhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyy?? I tried sending an HTML message, but I can't type anything in the message box. I can select it, but typing doesn't work.

I don't understand how it's possible to fix a bug, and break something else that was working before. What the hell kind of open source app is this??

I have the same bug and I didn't find an option to show all the message.
If it's a bug, are they a patch ?
