    Hi!

Same problem as me. Did you ever received an answer? Could you by any chance be able to help? Or somebody else?

    Thanks for help,

    Hi all,

Do you get this when you're sending an email out of a campaign? If so, I think I know what's going on. There is a built in "opt out" message attached to every campaign email. The reason is, whenever you send an email, you need to include the ability for your customer/prospect/lead to opt out of email correspondence from you. This isn't a Sugar thing, this is the law in many countries.

For example, if you ever get one of our SugarBUZZ or SugarForge Developer newsletters, they always have an Opt Out link at the bottom of the message.
