Strange display

Hello.
This is my 1st time on sugar.
After running the installation wizard, with no error messages or other bugs, I am rederected to the login page. But instead of the usual design, I got no modules for the menus, etc: it appears like this: http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/5826/sugarlogin.png

Please, clarify the sugar version, php version, browser, operating system.

I'm using Version 5.5.0beta2 (Build 6523) hosted on a linux server with the php version 5.2.9.
The browser I use is Firefox and I'm running on Windows XP on my machine.

goto yoursugarinstance/themes/Sugar and make sure that it is populated with style sheets (.css)

Yes, the mentioned folder has 11.css files (colors, fonts and style).
Also the images folder is populated.

The permissions for the folders is set 755 and 644 for files. Is this correct?

The permissions were not ok, now it is working fine.
