Strange problem with listing customers

I can not see my customers on list. I'm sure thata data is still in database but I can only check last viewed customers, searching, filters are not working. The same situation is with contacts.

After login as Admin I have visible all contacts and all customers, cases etc.

Please try to help me as soon as it possible, version sugarCRM CE 5.2 with PL language file

Make sure there is no a role defined for normal users.

Yes, it was a role for user (for admin all was available).
Unfortunately I installed some addition and something happened with database. I have all records, but it was missing connection between contact and customer. I mean, when I click on customer I have all contact visible, but from the other hand - when I click on contact I do not know for what customer this contact belongs to.

Some table in database was missing or it's not visible. The same problem is during planning something (call, meeting etc) for contact.

Hope to find some solution.

I have copy of sugarCRM (copy made thru admin - make backup), but I can not see there database. What exactly sugar making with backup?
