I'm having a strange problem with SugarCRM and SMTP / Qmail.
Windows XP
Sugar CRM Version 4.5.0f
IIS Server
PHP Version 4.4.2
MySQL 3.23.49
SMTP on Different Server
Plesk using Qmail
We are using SMTP from our Web server (not the XP box where Sugar CRM is located). Every once in a while someone gets an error message back with a QMail error message. The message refers to the control/locals file, but the domain is listed. The message has a strange ISO-8859-bla-bla-email in the To: field. (see message below). I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue with the email or if it is a Qmail configuration issue. Note: emails and server names are XXX'ed out.
Any ideas are welcome.
Thanks,
Jeff Walters

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at w1354.xxxxxx.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<=?ISO-8859-1?Q?Susan=5FDempski=40Dell=2Ecom?=@w1354.xxxxxx.ne t>:
Sorry. Although I'm listed as a best-preference MX or A for that host,
it isn't in my control/locals file, so I don't treat it as local. (#5.4.6)
<=?ISO-8859-1?Q?Bradley=5FKeup=40XXXXl=2Ecom?=@w1354.xxxxxxxx. net>:
Sorry. Although I'm listed as a best-preference MX or A for that host,
