We just upgraded to V4.2.1 and have a time zone problem.

The overall system seems to display a 4 hours difference with our database records, almost as if there is a formula like this:

SugarCRM displayed date = Database recorded date + SugarCRM user timezone (e.g.-5) + 1

We obviously don't want this differential, but want the two to match exactly.

How can we sync the time zones up?
