    Default Structured account names

When dealing with contacts I'd like to have some more structured ways to deal with them. In particular, lets say I'm dealing with a company Foo with departments A, B and C. I need to deal with the different departments as independent units, but still sometimes be able to say "give me all contacts from Foo" or "give me all contacts from Foo in Seattle".

Now I could deal with it by encoding the structure in the account names, such as "Foo A Seattle", "Foo A Chicago" and so on but I'd really rather have extra fields like say ("Foo" , "Department A", "Seattle") identifying some particular team contact.

How best should I go about doing this with sugarcrm?

    thanks in advance!

    Hi,

That seems to do the trick, thanks!
