Stuck on Step6 of INSTALL

Hello everyone.

This is my first time installing SugarCRM 4.2.1, and i am seriously stuck and could use some help.

I get through steps 1-5 perfectly fine, but then the screen for Step 6 comes up and i get the following message:

Creating Sugar configuration file (config.php)

Warning: main(modules/Relationships/Relationship.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/b2bfundi/public_html/isr/install/performSetup.php on line 338

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'modules/Relationships/Relationship.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/b2bfundi/public_html/isr/install/performSetup.php on line 338

When i check my webhosting account, the database was never actually created, which is the step previous to the one i am now stuck on.

If anyone can provide a speedy resolution i will be forever greatfull. Thanks in advance.
