Can anyone tell me where I can edit the layout for Mass Update? I can't find it in the Module list, under Admin -> Studio.

What are you trying to do into layout of MassUpdate?
Add or remove fields or anything else?
If you want to add or remove fields then you must to define some extended vardefs setting the massupdate attribute true or false for a given field.
It must be done for each module you want to modify MassUpdate.
