Studio 4.5 - editing titles

When working in Studio (4.5) the old "labels" part has gone. Generally this is fine, but I cannot see how I edit the actual title/module/tab name that appears in the page (not the tab at the top). So, if I am changing the Opportunities tab to say Initiatives. I change the tab name and then I go to Studio to sort out list, edit, search etc.. I can change all of the field names but I am still left with it saying Opportunities: at the top.

I hope I am missing a simple trick.

For those interested ... I resulted to editing the en_us.lang.php to grab all of the screen elements. Feels wrong somehow.

Which en_us.lang.php? There seem to be several scattered around.
