Studio: add a new field associated to other module

Hello:

I'm trying add a new field likes "assigned to". I explain

I want create a field with a label,input and button and when the button is pressed call open_popup and lets me choose a account/case/etc and puts the choose in the input.

Is possible with Studio or i need modify the code?
