Studio AJAX windows to not represent deployed changes.

I have worked in the studio to customize customer data specific to my needs and can save an deploy perfectly. Both edit and detail layouts work perfectly. The issue is when I return to the studio to maybe tweak a field or change something in the layout, the most recent changes are not represented. Leaving me to do all the work over again. I have clear my browser cache, tried different browsers, even repaired the DB on multiple occasions and I still cannot get my most recent changes to remain in the studio. The odd part is that they will save and deploy perfectly. Has anyone had this error before?

I have never seen Studio show this behavior before. Are you on the latest version? Have started looking through the logs to see if you are getting any relevant errors?
