The Title pretty much sums it up. Make changes in admin studio (e.g., modifying a ListView) and they show up immediately for the admin, but never for users. Well, never as in at least an hour I've been playing with it.

My cache has been chmod'd -R 777.

I even tried turning on Developer Mode, but no change.

Ideas?
