    Default Studio and Custom Fields

I'm trying to add a couple of customer drowdown boxes to a form. I've created the dropdowns ok and populated them with a few values. I can add them to a form but as soon as I select Save & Publish the dropdowns disappear just leaving the field name in the margin. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm using SugarCRM OpenSource 4.5.1, PHP Version 4.4.3.3, Apache Server 2.0.59.200 on a Window XP machine.

I presume you are doing this in the 'Display View' then that is what you should expect.

Do not forget you will need to add the field to the 'Edit View' too else you will not be able to assign the value of the drop down to the field!
