Studio disappreared while created Custom modules

Hello Team,
I am using Professional version of sugarcrm 5.2.j. I have created 3 custom modules and they seem to be working fine. I am able to view all the home page along with the studio to be working fine on my windows system. When I have transferred the same code on to the Linux server , once I log in I am being displayed a blank screen. I have repaired and rebuild but still I am able to view the blank screen for the home page module and when I change from the url the module name then I am able to access the respective modules.

I am not able to view the Studio on click of the studio.

Can any one help me by giving their valuable suggestions. The entire application seems to be working fine on my local system.

Apache:-2.2
Operating system :- Linux

the following is the error:-
