Studio and Dropdown screen failure

Whenever I open the Studio or Downdown editor pages in the Administration the page fails to load, and only displays a popup with "An Error has ocured" heading, and some crappy html code, nothing usefull.

Install Firebug extension of Firefox and see if you have any javascript error message for permissions?

No error at all on the javascript console. Only this if I move the mouse over the popup window:

I have got the solution for this problem after putting my head in to my code. i have created some graphical features in customization as i was using the jquery library for the charts while the sugarcrm uses YUI libraries so this caused the conflict and made me smile again.
