Studio layout editor drag and drop broken?

I am having a problem with the studio layout editor drag and drop features not working I notice the save and deploy button does not work either. I have tried editing layouts using firefox, ie6 , ie8 and chrome. I am using Sugar 5.2.0j installed on a ubuntu 9 server. Any help is appreciated.

Install Firebug on Firefox and enable the tabs console, javascript and network.
Try to reproduce the error again.
Hopefully you will see a error message at right bottom corner of Firefox window.
Let us know this error.

Thanks for the quick response! So I installed firebug and i have attached a screen shot of the errors that have come up. I would try to trouble shoot the error myself but im nervous about making the problem worse.

The script modules/ModuleBuilder/javascript/studio2.js is buggy.
Unzip the attached file, copy into destination folder and try again.

Here are the errors i get after implementing studio2.js also the fields do not load any more in the center of the page.

It seems another javascript is broken.
Find attached an archive containing the entire javascript folder.
