Studio Layout Editor no holding current views ?

I posted a bug, but, thought I would post here too.

We made several new panels an row with custom fields in Leads & Accounts. As a normal user you can see the expected panels with fields, however, as admin inside of the Studio Layout Editor the layouts do not have the added panels, row or custom data views as visible.

I am fairly sure the layout editor had the persisted changes a couple days ago.

Any ideas ? Suggestions ?

I also read throw the patch update for 5.0.0c and don't see any thing that would address this directly.

I think your in the right direction on this..

It looks the directory and file permissions are all out of needed alignment.

I created a new layout in Contacts and looked at the tree of permissions as follows, and the Layout Editor is preservered.

[root@sandbox modules]# ls -lrt
total 24
drwxr-xr-x 4 nobody root 4096 Mar 23 00:36 Accounts
drwxr-xr-x 4 nobody root 4096 Apr 8 10:34 Leads
drwxr-xr-x 4 nobody 4294967295 4096 Apr 17 11:56 Contacts

See the numeric group 4294967295 for Contacts. I tried a chgrp on the other two directories but, it did not resolve the issue. So there must be other areas that permissions are broken too.

Any suggestions on resolving permissions across the install and what they need to be ?

I tried to enter in studio layout using tree visualization but when i choose a layout Sugar take the previous layouts selected.
This problem persist everytime.
Could anyone help me?????

Hi Davide,
what do you mean with "previous layouts"?
If you mean that your changes are not visible, you should save and deploy to apply them.
