Studio - Lost Fields from Staging Area

When working in Studio, I have found that fields seem to inadvertently disappear from the staging area. I would like to restore them. In the particular case I am workin on, I am in the leads panel - the list and detail views have a complete field list - the edit view has only a fraction of the available fields.

I simply want to restore lost Sugar standard fields to the edit panel staging area of Sugar, but cannot figure out how to do it.

I can't figure out how they disappeared either, but getitng them back will solve my problem for now. This is a big issue for us. We use the lead panel as our primary sales tool. Last week the fields were there - this week they are not and we have no idea how they might have disappeared.

One work around is to select the history tab and pick a restore point where the fields you want exist. It doesn't get exactly what you want, but it takes you back in time to a place where you can build your system back to what you want.

I still don't know how to restore the staging area.
